How To Set Up An Outing:
Determine the approximate number of players and pick a date and tee-off time
Determine the most suitable type of food service for your group. Our banquet menu will give you some ideas.
Decide what type of beverage service will be used. Beverage cart can be made available.
Determine your outing format and individual contests. Pick out prizes for team and/or individual competition. Gift certificates available.
Determine how much to charge each player or how much the company will cover. Remember, you will need to pay by one check to avoid confusion.
Outing Rates:
Covers one 18 hole green fee and half cart.
Services Include:
Labeling cart signs, scorecards and score sheets
Proxy markers such as closest to pin and longest drive
*Also available: Gift Certificates, driving range and rental clubs.
Food & Beverage Ideas:
Snacks and drinks are left to the individual to be purchased from Brookwood.
A tab at the snack bar and on the beverage cart can be kept for all food and drinks.
A tab can be kept for specific items only or up to a specific amount.
Tickets for drinks and/or lunch can be given to each player.
A cooler of beer and/or pop can be given to each foursome at the start.
Large coolers of pop or beer can be set at designated spots on the golf course.
Outing Policy
- $200 deposit required
- Full payment is due the day of the outing unless prior arrangements have been made
- Confirmation must be received 1 week prior to event with final number of golfers 2 days in advance and final dinner count 4 days prior
- Shotgun starts are limited to certain tee times and must meet minimum number of players
- Only golf participants will be allowed on the course
- Each player must have own set of clubs
- Guests may not bring personal coolers or food on premises.
- No golfers under the age of 16 allowed to play in outings
Liquor Policy
Michigan Law requires that all alcoholic beverages consumed on the premises must be purchased at Golf Course.
